10. Visit Nature Playgarden in the Heartlands

Jurong Lake Gardens is Singapore’s new national gardens in the heartlands. It is a people’s garden, where spaces will be landscaped and created for families and the community to come together. The 90-hectare Gardens comprises Lakeside Garden, Chinese and Japanese Gardens and Garden Promenade. Lakeside Garden is open for visitors from end-April 2019, and Lakeside Garden (North Shore), Chinese Garden, Japanese Garden and Garden Promenade will be progressively completed from end 2021 onwards.

21. Gallop Extension @ Singapore Botanic Gardens

Gallop Extension @ Singapore Botanic Gardens

The Gallop Extension is an eight-hectare addition to the Singapore Botanic Gardens, bringing the total area of the Gardens to 82 hectares. It comprises two conserved buildings that have been refurbished into the Botanical Art Gallery and Forest Discovery Centre @ OCBC Arboretum, the COMO Adventure Grove, and additional trails, scenic lawn and landscaped areas and naturalised habitats.
