The Chingay@Heartlands caravan by Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC and Punggol West SMC begins at the open carpark opposite Downtown East (Pasir Ris Close) and ends at One Punggol.

Bringing residents together through Chingay’s vibrant spirit of multiculturalism, youthfulness and the showcasing of community arts, One Punggol will host its festivities with four Chingay community floats on display, as well as roving performers at The Plaza.
