Big BlockWalk 2022

Organised by Habitat for Humanity Singapore, in partnership with the Public Hygiene Council (PHC), Big BlockWalk aims to rally between 1,000 volunteers who believe in championing safe and healthy living environments beyond the home. The Local Farm Gelatos

After a two-year hiatus, The Local Farm by Gardenasia (TLF) is resuming physical events. While customers are familiar with its ad-hoc Farmers Markets pre-covid, TLF is hoping to create a regular touchpoint where people in Singapore can show their support for local producers by buying local – this time going beyond the farmers to include other home-grown businesses.

54. ‘As You Were’ Larger-than-life Public Art Installations from Jurong to Punggol

As You Were Our Dreams Must Continue Artwork

Bring out your inner child with the simple joy of a seesaw, share your secrets through a larger-than-life paper cup, or marvel at a giant version of a Marie biscuit. The public can engage with five public art installations located across three park spaces in Singapore – Bishan-AMK Park, Jurong Lake Gardens, and Punggol Waterway Park.

Commissioned by the Public Art Trust (PAT) under the National Arts Council (NAC), As You Were is a public art showcase featuring seven artists stepping into nature to create interactive visual artworks that portray their imaginations of an endemic world.
