5. The Children’s Biodiversity Library by S.E.A. Aquarium (New)
The Central Public Library will reopen with a refreshed children’s section, which brings the wonders of biodiversity – with a focus on marine life – closer to young explorers. This is the first marine biodiversity-themed learning space for children at a public library in Singapore.
To be named the Children’s Biodiversity Library by S.E.A. Aquarium, this partnership between the National Library Board (NLB) and Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) will offer new opportunities, including monthly programmes, for parents and children to have deeper learning in marine biodiversity.

8. KidZania (Reopen)
SGX-listed Sim Leisure Group has entered into a tenancy agreement with Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC), to launch the fifth edition of the award-winning global edutainment attraction, KidZania, in Singapore on Sentosa Island. Sim Leisure Group will refurbish the 7,600 square metre Family Entertainment Centre located at Sentosa’s Palawan Beach which housed the original KidZania Singapore and introduce a whole suite of new attractions and experiences. The reopening of KidZania Singapore is expected to take place in Q1 2024.
KidZania 5.0 will focus on developing future cities and citizens with a sustainability-focused perspective and changing the roles of its Industry Partners to create purpose-driven experiences. It will provide a fresh viewpoint on the world of professions in response to the complex challenges of the changing world. It will focus on portraying the cities and jobs of the future, preparing the citizens of tomorrow and instilling a better sense of sustainability by incorporating at least 8 elements of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

9. Rainforest Wild Park (New)
The Rainforest Wild Park was originally planned to open in 2022, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, its opening was postponed to 2024 (TBD). The park is set to be a part of the larger Mandai Nature Precinct, which also includes the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, River Wonders and Bird Paradise.
The Rainforest Wild Park is designed to be a multi-sensory and immersive experience that showcases the biodiversity of Southeast Asia. It will feature various habitats, including the rainforest, mangrove forest, and wetlands, and is expected to be home to more than 300 species of animals.

10. Minion Land (New)

Minion Land, an upcoming addition to Universal Studios Singapore (USS), is a new attraction that is set to open in 2024. This themed zone draws inspiration from the popular Despicable Me film franchise and is an integral part of the Republic’s efforts to revive tourism following the pandemic. It will replace the former Madagascar zone within USS.
The exciting new zone will feature a variety of rides, including a one-of-a-kind experience that will be exclusive to USS, making it the first of its kind in the world.
In addition to the thrilling rides, visitors can also look forward to enjoying a range of dining options and themed shops within the zone. These establishments will offer Minion-themed food items and merchandise, creating a truly immersive experience for fans and visitors alike.

11. Forest Trail on Sisters Island (New)
There will be a 250m new forest trail when Big Sister’s is reopen in 2024 in addition to a lagoon tidal pool that visitors can snorkel in. More details will be released later.

12. Singapore Oceanarium (New)

The first-of-its-kind in the world, the new Singapore Oceanarium will showcase an exciting blend of specially-curated marine life and exhibits of prehistoric marine life and deep sea creatures. They will be part of the exciting Singapore Oceanarium’s story on the history of evolution, ocean exploration and the importance of embracing marine conservation.
Singapore Oceanarium SGO is expected to be completed in end-2024.

Chinese Garden In Singapore (Revamped)
The Chinese Garden is a 13.5hectares garden in Jurong Lake. The garden features numerous Chinese-style pavilions, a seven-storey pagoda, Chinese bonsai etc.
Chinese Garden and Japanese Garden are closed from 31 May 2019 for redevelopment works till 2024(?).
