There are 11 public holidays in Singapore out of which there will be 4 long weekends (with holidays falling on a Friday, Sunday or Monday) in 2025*.

One public holiday falls on a Friday:

• Good Friday (18 April 2025)

Three holidays fall on a Monday:

• Hari Raya Puasa (31 March 2025*)
• Vesak Day (12 May 2025)
• Deepavali (20 October 2025)

Note: If a public holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be a designated public holiday.

The rest of the public holidays are:

• New Year’s Day (1 January 2025)
• Chinese New Year (29 & 30 January 2025)
• Labour Day (1 May 2025)
• Hari Raya Haji (7 June 2025*)
• National Day (9 August 2025)
• Christmas Day (25 December 2025)
