3. Love the Last March – Witness the World’s Longest Sculpture to Save Wildlife

Designed by internationally renowned artists, Gillie and Marc are here for the first time with their biggest sculpture yet! Well-known for their monumental public sculptures that bring awareness to wildlife through their art are seen in major capital cities across the globe. An augmented reality also awaits the public, allowing the animal sculptures to leap out of their static bronze bodies and begin their march, making it seem as though they are marching LIVE together for their lives.

4. Dear Tampines Festival @ Our Tampines Hub

5. SCCC’s Cultural Extravaganza

Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre’s (SCCC) signature festival Cultural Extravaganza, returns for its sixth edition with 11 exciting programmes that are cross-cultural, cross-disciplinary and cross-generational. 6. Gardeners’ Day Out at HortPark

7. NParks Festival of Biodiversity 2023

The Festival of Biodiversity is an annual event that aims to create awareness and foster a sense of appreciation for our natural heritage. Visitors will be presented with a range of online and on-site activities for all ages at 2023’s Festival.

Initiated in 2012, the Festival of Biodiversity is organised by the National Parks Board in collaboration with the Biodiversity Roundtable. The Biodiversity Roundtable is an initiative that includes more than 20 non-governmental organisations involved in local biodiversity issues, and NParks.

8. Children’s Festival 2023: Nature’s Imaginarium

A magical doorway has opened at the entrance to Supertree Grove: Step (or slide) through the mist and join Calvin on a fun day out in Nature’s Imaginarium! Follow Calvin on his quest to find his lost shoes and earn a reward, customise your own souvenirs at the free workshops, or simply spend the day playing with and getting to know Calvin’s friends who live in the Gardens. And as the sun sets, lay your picnic mat to enjoy an outdoor movie screening among the Supertrees!

Organised by the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and presented by DBS, Asia’s leading sustainable light festival will transform the Bay into a visual playground replete with new immersive light art installations and programmes that promise to delight the senses. The Festival will also expand to two new locations – South Beach and Millenia Walk – to offer festival goers fresh experiences and bring the artworks closer to more people.

12. Families for Life (FFL)’s National Family Week (NFW) 2023

National Family Week NFW FFL

Families for Life (FFL)’s annual National Family Week (NFW) will run from 3 to 11 June 2023, with a variety of activities for families at Home, Play and Work. Co-organised with the People’s Association (PA) and ActiveSG, NFW 2023 is packed with activities that can be enjoyed by all families, including couples, parents with young children and teenagers, multi-generational families and families with persons with disabilities. The activities will be spread over close to 30 constituencies and 20 SportSG centres. Some highlights include ActiveSG’s “GameOn Nila! – Our Family Trail” and the Family Challenge at six anchor events at Our Tampines Hub, HomeTeamNS Khatib, SAFRA Punggol, ActiveSG Bukit Canberra, Lot One Mall and Gardens by the Bay.

14. Wan Qing Dragon Boat Festival 2023

Uncover ancient Chinese myths and practices at the 12th edition of SYSNMH’s Wan Qing Dragon Boat Festival celebrations! The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duan Wu Jie (“double fifth festival”), falls on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month during the summer solstice, and is an important festival for Chinese communities around the world.

15. Singapore Night Festival 2023

Festival goers can expect to enjoy stories told through commissioned projection mappings, light art installations, live performances, along with a variety of experiential programmes and food and retail experiences.

Centred around the multidimensionality of the Bras Basah and Bugis areas, festival-goers will be taken on an exciting journey to rediscover the everyday spaces in BBB that are waiting to be uncovered.

16. Wan Qing Mid-Autumn Festival 2023

Programmes in the pipeline include festival related lantern-marking or mooncake-making classes, storytelling sessions, and interactive craft demonstrations, with the aim to showcase the rich historical and cultural significance of the festival. Visitors to SYSNMH can also look forward to its thematic Mid-Autumn lantern installation, which will be on display on the lawn of the memorial hall during the entire festival period.

17. Gallery Children’s Biennale 2023 – Let’s Make a Better Place

18. Punggol Regional Library (New)

Singapore’s latest public library fully opens in Punggol, unveiling five floors of extensive and accessible features in one of the youngest housing estates in the country.

29. Istana Open House

Visitors can look forward to new features such as the enhanced Swan Pond with a new viewing deck and garden stream, as well as live performances and activity booths. The programme and fees can be found on IOH website. There will also be food stalls and a food truck as well as merchandise booths with limited-edition Istana souvenirs and President’s Challenge souvenirs. All fees collected and proceeds from the merchandise booths will go towards charities supported by the President’s Challenge.
