Punggol residents will have an abundance of exciting family-fun entertainment, including a Dragon Playground and Dino Land, this Chinese New Year – courtesy of One Punggol integrated hub.

One Punggol CNY arts workshop

One Punggol will host its Chinese New Year celebrations at the integrated community hub on Saturday, 3 February 2024. Festivities will begin from 6pm to 10pm. Colourful street lanterns, brightly lit festive décor and dragon-themed activities will adorn One Punggol hub.

About 1,000 residents and young families will come together to soak in the festivities and have fun with families, friends, and neighbours as they welcome the Year of the Dragon 2024.

One Punggol Chinese New Year Calligraphy

Pasir Ris – Punggol Grassroots Advisers will join Punggol residents as they enjoy live stage performances, fun-filled interactive games and family-friendly activities.

One Punggol Lion dance CNY Celebrations

Families will enjoy the evening with specially curated dragon-themed pop-up activities such as inflatable Dino Land and Dragon Playground, lion & dragon dance, traditional drumming and cultural performances, fun-filled interactive games, as well as arts & crafts workshop such as making dragon puppets, DIY firecrackers painting and paper craftwork.

One Punggol’s Year of the Dragon festive decorations will be lit up every night from 3 February until 3 March 2024. Free admission to the public.




Ramping up the festive cheer and colourful lights, the celebration is aimed at young families as Punggol Town is a vibrant and relatively new neighbourhood with a younger population.
