Treat dad to what he loves most this Father’s Day at Botanico – a sumptuous a la carte brunch buffet of Inka grilled delights and a glass of beer in hand surrounded by family and friends. Ensconced in the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Botanico is housed within The Garage, a 1920s art deco conservation building with charming and casual, light-filled spaces perfect for convivial family gatherings. Indulge in a contemporary-bistro seasonality-driven menu featuring a smorgasbord of Inka charcoal grilled highlights like Skewered salmon with pineapple and cucumber; Soy-glazed grilled corn, Cauliflower with a gorgonzola fondue, cumin, almonds and couscous; and Grilled Sucrine lettuce with anchovy yoghurt.

Leave space for dessert as the selection tempts with luscious Warm sticky date pudding enriched with a ginger toffee sauce, Honey lemon rosemary tart, zesty Kaffir lime chocolate cake, and Kaya lychee financier.

With special highlights like oven-roasted whole skate wings with preserved lemon and olives, stir-fried chilli mud crabs with crispy golden man-tou and braised salmon fillet in Japanese royal sauce, Dads are in for a well-deserved treat.
Indulge in sweet temptations such as spiced raisin toffee with Valrhona chocolate mousse and cocoa soil, pistachio nougat gateaux and banana walnut crumbles with berries compote.
