Begin the meal with the bonito barbecued pork, prawn in osmanthus caviar mayonnaise, drunken chicken in aged rice wine and cherry ice shaved. This dish perfectly captures Chef Nicky’s flair for modernising Cantonese cuisine, while retaining the soul of traditional flavours.

Marina Bistro

MARINA BISTRO, a seafront restaurant located in the Western part of Singapore, serves a good mix of western and local cuisines at wallet friendly prices. Be spoilt for choices with an option of mains such as Grilled Strip Loin and Baked Herb Butter King Prawn served with Seasoned Potatoes, Vegetables and Pepper Sauce or Grilled Sea bass with Lobster Sauce served with Sautéed Butter Noodles. A bowl of Mixed Berries Crème Brulee will end the meal off on a sweet note.

If you’re keen to visit the Raffles Marina Lighthouse, arrive at the marina just before sunset. Take a stroll along the breakwater while you admire the mesmerizing sunset and bask in the cool and refreshing sea breeze. The picturesque background is ideal for an Instagram-Worthy photograph!

Captain’s Table

CAPTAIN’S TABLE, a fine-dining Chinese Specialties Restaurant features prominent cuisines of some of China’s provinces, namely Shanghai, Yunnan, Guangzhou, Chaozhou.
