Building on the rich dialogues of ART SG and S.E.A. Focus, visitors can continue their journey of contemporary creativity through the ART SG FILM programme, Would You Tell Me a Story Until I Fall Asleep?, curated by X Zhu-Nowell, Executive Director and Chief Curator of Rockbund Art Museum in Shanghai, and presented in collaboration with ArtScience Museum.

Screening at ArtScience Museum’s ArtScience Cinema from 22 January to 1 February 2026, the programme presents a carefully curated selection of film and video works that transform the cinema into a quiet chamber of reflection, where images arrive slowly, attentively and intimately, inviting each visitor to encounter them in a deeply personal way. Film highlights include Smoke for Sonata by Samson Young, Rerooting, Rebooting by Lo Lai Lai Natalie and Time Travels with a Rotten Suitcase by Sim Chi Yin, among others. Adding a further dimension to this cinematic journey is Visions of the Future, a screening programme at ArtScience Cinema that imagines worlds shaped by memory, care and resilience. Through films that celebrate myth, ritual and storytelling, visitors are invited to envision alternative futures shaped by ancestral wisdom and indigenous knowledge. Returning with a refreshed lineup in January and February 2026, this thought-provoking series features works such as The Last Angel of History by John Akomfrah and Nhà Cây (The Tree House) by Minh Quy Truơng. ArtScience Museum will also offer a chance for visitors to peek into the future with NOX: Confessions of a Machine.

From 23 January to 19 April 2026, visitors can discover a world where machines dream at NOX: Confessions of a Machine, a visionary site-specific solo exhibition by Lawrence Lek, and ArtScience Museum’s key programming for Singapore Art Week 2026. Making its Southeast Asian debut, this exhibition delves into the consciousness of machines and explores the architecture of a future smart city. Visitors are prompted to urgently reflect on the agency, ethics and empathy between humans and the thinking machines they create. For more information on the exhibition, please visit here.

Complementing the exhibition experience, visitors are invited to further explore what it means to live alongside sentient technologies through Between Code and Consciousness: Lawrence Lek in Conversation. Held at ArtScience Cinema on 24 January 2026, the programme offers an exclusive opportunity to dive into the conceptual intentions underpinning the exhibition and Lek’s speculative scenarios that explore questions of agency, care and nonhuman consciousness. The session extends the exhibition’s inquiry into Lek’s evolving Sinofuturist universe which is a non-Western approach to futurism rooted in East Asian contexts, and features a moderated conversation between Lek and Mark Rappolt, Editor-in-Chief of ArtReview. Relish culinary creations shaped by art

Marina Bay Sands elevates the art of dining with a curated collection of limited-time creations that celebrate heritage, craftsmanship, and cultural storytelling. From 22 January, guests are invited to savour experiences that transcend taste, bringing art and gastronomy together in thoughtful and expressive ways.

At WAKUDA Singapore, guests can indulge in Noren (S$25++), a refined gin-based cocktail inspired by the elegant Japanese fabric dividers of the same name. It unfolds with floral clarity and herbaceous depth, finishing with a delicate champagne note that evokes a sense of ceremony and transition, inviting guests to step into a world shaped by balance and artistry.

Mott 32 pays tribute to Hollywood’s first Chinese American trailblazer with The Anna Wong (S$28++), a citrus forward yet creamy cocktail that reflects the duality of East and West.

Contrasting flavours come together in harmony, revealing layers of complexity and elegance that mirror the cultural brilliance of her enduring legacy.

At Maison Boulud, the Blush Berry Silhouette (S$16++) captures the sun-kissed allure of the French Riviera. Layers of vibrant berries, silky crème, buttery shortbread crumble, and a light meringue swirl come together in a composition that celebrates femininity, refinement, and poetic simplicity through a modern French lens.

Completing the collection, KOMA Singapore presents Torii Flame Cod, inspired by flavours and techniques rooted in Japanese cuisine. The dish features lacquered and torched black cod enriched with miso, finished with crisp cucumber and Hajikami ginger. Thoughtfully composed, it highlights balance, purity of flavour, and refined craftsmanship. For more information on the culinary creations, please visit here.
