Tiong Bahru Plaza invites visitors to discover new culinary experiences alongside one of Singapore’s most loved food neighbourhoods with this year’s edition of its annual food festival, Bites Without Borders. Inspired by Tiong Bahru’s rich culinary heritage, the month-long festival from 26 July to 30 August blends global flavours and local favourites through a vibrant line-up of food stalls and dining experiences. Visitors can look forward to highlights such as an exclusive Beer & Cheese Appreciation collaboration between homegrown brands The 1925 Brewing Co. and Cheeselads, locally brewed craft beers, live music performances, experiential workshops and shopper rewards.
From 4 to 16 August, shoppers can unwind at The 1925 Brewing Co.’s outdoor event space, featuring Singapore-brewed craft beers, with potential flavours including Lychee Lager, Yuzu Lager, Yellow Van Pale Ale, Kaya Stout/Cacao Stout, Good Boy Rocky and a NDP Special. Founded in Singapore in 2013, the homegrown craft brewery draws inspiration from Asian flavours, herbs, flora and teas to create beers tailored to the local palate. Shoppers can also look forward to exclusive Beer & Cheese Appreciation Workshop in collaboration with Cheeselads on 8 and 9 August, from 2 to 3pm.

Participants can discover how craft beers pair with carefully curated artisanal cheeses through a guided tasting session. Workshop passes are redeemable at the Concierge with a minimum spend of $50 (maximum two same-day, same-mall transactions) at participating FRx stores, with places limited to the first 20 participants.
Completing the outdoor experience are live performances by Ryan 延龙 (Cher Yan Long) and Arya Yunata across selected weekends, creating a lively atmosphere where great food, music and community come together.
Beyond these signature experiences, visitors can embark on a culinary journey around the world through a curated marketplace of global food vendors from 4 to 23 August. Taking over the Main Atrium for three weeks, the food fair will feature a diverse line-up of vendors showcasing flavours inspired by destinations such as Thailand, Taiwan, Mexico, Japan and Switzerland.
