This August, Our Tampines Hub (OTH) invites you to be part of a special double celebration – Singapore’s 60th birthday and OTH’s 8th anniversary. Across two vibrant weekends, OTH will come alive with festivities that capture the true kampung spirit of the heartlands.
Reflecting on Singapore’s journey of unity, resilience, and progress, OTH’s National Day celebrations invite Singaporeans to come together through meaningful experiences. From cherished traditions to exciting new activities, this year’s line-up honours our shared past while looking boldly towards the future.
From 8-10 and 16 August 2025, OTH will host a dynamic line-up of activities across its community spaces.
Key highlights* include:
- National Day Observance Ceremony (9 Aug): Join Tampines GROs, community partners and residents in a heartfelt morning of unity, reflection and celebration.
- OTH SG60 National Day Concert & Live Screening of National Day Parade (9 Aug): Watch the festivities come alive at Town Square with OTH’s SG60 National Day Concert and a live screening of the National Day Parade.
- Celebrate SG60 with Our Tampines Hub x Tampines Mall: Free SG60 National Day Fun Packs (10 Aug): OTH and Tampines Mall team up for the first time with an SG60 Activity Trail – first 600 to complete all stations will receive a Fun Pack worth over $100*.
- Music, Dance, and Arts Programmes (8-10 & 16 Aug): Enjoy a lively lineup of multicultural performances, open mics, and theatre showcases by local talents.
From engaging performances to hands-on activities suited for all ages, it is a chance to reflect, reconnect and revel in the moments that make us uniquely Singaporean!

National Day Observance Ceremony (NDOC)

Organised by the Tampines GROs, the ceremony will see Advisers, Community Partners, and residents coming together to recite the National Pledge and sing the National Anthem. The Advisers will then proceed to visit the Hawker Centre.

OTH National Day “Live” Concert and “Live Screening” of National Day Parade

This “live” concert will feature a star-studded line-up of homegrown artistes, including Louis Soliano, Hong Shao Xuan, Li Fei Hui, Hady Mirza, Shabir, and Jasmine Sokko – bringing together timeless classics and contemporary hits in a celebration of Singapore’s musical journey. This will be followed by a community screening of the National Day Parade and a fireworks display set – the perfect finale to a day of unity, joy and heartland celebration.

- From 1 to 9 August, head down to Festive Walk at OTH and vote for the National Day song that hits all the right notes! The most-loved tune will take centre stage at the OTH National Day Concert on 9 August. Participants can also redeem a gift to celebrate in style.
- Synthetic Bumper Car: Residents will enjoy a modern twist on bumper cars at this impact-free attraction that uses motion simulation for all the fun without the bumps
- Craft activities
- Open Mic @ Festive Gate: A showcase for budding talents at Festive Walk East from 3pm to 8pm

Lifestyle workshops that upcycle used materials such as used paper, coffee grounds and used plastic bottles into useful household products, including room mist, lip balm, lotion bar, recycled paper and coffee soap.

60min Challenge – Pickleball & Table Tennis
In partnership with Tampines West Community Sports Network, this 60-minute non-stop match of Pickleball and Table Tennis will be held at the Community Auditorium to celebrate National Day and SG60.
6 to 10 players per team to compete in this 60-minute non-stop action. Players will strategically be switching among themselves as they maintain their momentum without breaks. Special design medals to be won. Registration required.

Celebrate SG60 with Our Tampines Hub x Tampines Mall: Free SG60 National Day Fun Packs
For the first time, Our Tampines Hub and Tampines Mall are teaming up for a special SG60 Activity Trail, packed with games, discovery, and exclusive rewards.
Starting at 10am, activity cards can be collected at OTH’s Customer Service Counter (Redemption Counter 1). Participants can explore six Singapore-themed games across both venues in any order.
The first 600 to complete all stations by 6pm will receive a SG60 National Day Fun Pack worth over $100, including:
- $10 OTH cash e-voucher
- $10 eCapitaVoucher
- Shopping & dining vouchers from participating brands at Tampines Mall
