As part of the celebratory events leading to National Day, the Istana Open House (IOH) will be open to visitors on Sunday, 3 August 2025, from 8.30am to 6pm. Visitors are encouraged to wear red outfits to celebrate National Day.
Members of the public can enjoy a series of live performances and activity booths, as well as tour the Istana grounds. The public can also explore the Istana Heritage Gallery situated in Istana Park, across from the Main Gate of Istana.
Entry to the Istana grounds is free for Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents, and migrant domestic workers accompanying families. Other visitors pay an admission fee of $20 per adult and $10 per child (4 to 12 years). Additional fees apply for other activities, such as the Istana Heritage Tour and visiting the Villa.
All fees collected are non-refundable and will support the President’s Challenge beneficiaries. Only cashless payments via Credit/Debit Card and QR Code will be accepted.

Istana Heritage Tour – Online Registration
Tours are conducted in English and Mandarin every hour from 9am to 4pm. Fees apply*, and all proceeds go to the benefitting organisations supported by the President’s Challenge.
*Fees for the Istana Heritage Tour are non-refundable and exclude the following admission fees:
(i) Admission fees required for entry into the Istana grounds during the Istana Open House and,
(ii) fees for entering the Istana Villa.

There will also be food stalls, a food truck and merchandise booths with limited edition souvenirs.
