Pets’ Day Out (PDO) will be back and held over two days this May! This edition of PDO will bring fun activities, new merchandise, and as always, animals looking for fur-ever homes.
Don’t miss out on the free chats with vets as well as pet groomers who will be onsite to address your questions on how to ensure the health and well-being of your pets. As with every edition of PDO, look forward to a bustling marketplace for pet food and accessories as well!
If your pet cat has not been microchipped, there will also be free microchipping sessions for those who pre-register! Unlike a collar or tattoo that can be removed or will fade over time, the microchip is permanent and lasts a lifetime. The code in the microchip can be read using a microchip scanner, which helps with identification and return of the cat if it goes missing. Only the size of a grain of rice, the microchip is implanted under the cat’s skin between the shoulder blades via a needle. This procedure is fuss-free and is no more painful than a typical vaccination. Register here, while slots last!
