  • Hari Raya Haji (1 September 2017)

Public holidays which fall on a Monday:

  • Labour Day (1 May 2017)
  • Christmas Day (25 December 2017)

Public holidays which fall on a Sunday:

  • New Year’s Day (1 January 2017)
  • Chinese New Year (29 January 2017)
  • Hari Raya Puasa (25 June 2017)

#These three holidays fall on a Sunday, so the following Monday will be a public holiday.

Primary and Secondary School Calendar 2017
The school year for 2017 for all MOE primary and secondary schools will start from Tuesday, 3 January and end on Friday, 17 November 2017.
