2. STAR ISLAND New Year Countdown 2023 – Fireworks Musical Extravaganza

Set against the iconic Marina Bay city skyline, fireworks are set to illuminate the sky in a kaleidoscope of colours on 31 December, with artisanal Japanese fireworks that have never been featured anywhere in Southeast Asia. Held in conjunction with Marina Bay Singapore Countdown (MBSC) 2023, STAR ISLAND Singapore Countdown 2022-2023 is coming back full scale after a 2-year hiatus with a 22,000 seating capacity. Presented by major global payment brand JCB and welcoming Sanrio as Premium Sponsor, STAR ISLAND is a 70-minute fireworks musical extravaganza which features larger-than-life pyrotechnics and dazzling lights, immersive sound and world-class entertainment.
