How to prepare Stewed chicken soup with Rice wine, Sesame oil and cloud Ear Fungus
Confinement Recipe Ingredients
- 30g cloud ear fungus
- 600g mature chicken
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- Ginger to taste
Confinement Food Cooking Method
- Rinse the chicken and the cloud ear fungus
- Heat the sesame oil in a wok. Add in ginger and cloud ear. Stir fry for 2 minutes
- Add rice wine and chicken. Stir fry until done. Set aside.
- 4. Put all ingredients into a stewing pot. Add boiling water. Stew until the chicken falls apart and turns mushy.
- Serve hot.
