This September, in honour of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, CCF presents the Walk of Hope 2026 – a large-scale community event that unites residents, families, corporations, schools, and community partners in standing alongside children and families affected by childhood cancer, while championing holistic wellness and the spirit of community care.

At its core, this initiative is driven by one simple yet profound belief: no child or family should face the cancer journey alone.

Every step taken at the Walk of Hope carries deep meaning – the courage of a child in the midst of treatment, the resilience of survivors who have come out the other side, and the quiet, unwavering strength of families navigating one of life’s most challenging chapters. Each participant walks with purpose – for a child, a loved one, a cherished memory, or a hope held close for the future.

Through this event, we hope to inspire the wider community to show up for these families, shine a brighter light on childhood cancer, and nurture a deeper culture of compassion, solidarity, and care for one another.
