The SG60 Heart&Soul Experience brings to life Singapore’s vision for tomorrow through a voyage across our past, present and future. With the use of immersive storytelling and generative AI, it creates a personalised, imaginative experience for each visitor, offering a peek into what their future in Singapore could look like.

Embark on a journey of discovery at the SG60 flagship event jointly developed by the Ministry of Digital Development and Information (MDDI) and the National Library Board (NLB). Come uncover the windows into our shared connections with each other as a community and celebrate how far we have come as a nation. Created by the team behind the Singapore Bicentennial and SG50 ‘Future of Us’ Exhibition, Heart&Soul promises to be an adventure that not only captivates minds and inspires discovery, but also touches hearts and souls.

With the tagline ‘Where Home Will Always Be’, the showcase seeks to evoke a sense of belonging and inspire Singaporeans about the opportunities ahead. The geo-pin logo locates our heart and soul in Singapore, where the feeling of home will always be.
Location & Opening hours
The SG60 Heart&Soul Experience will run from 26 August to 31 December 2025 and consists of two components:
i. Ticketed experience at Orchard Library (Levels 3 & 4, orchardgateway)
- Mondays: 9am – 6pm
- Tuesdays to Sundays: 9am – 10pm
ii. Non-ticketed installation series at Level 1 atria of Orchard Central and orchardgateway
- Daily: 9am – 10pm

Admission
Admission is free, and access to the ticketed experience is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are open for booking from 29 July 2025 (for tickets from 26 August to end September), and new ticket slots will be released at the first of each month for the following month (e.g. 1st September for October tickets). The ticketed experience runs for approximately 60-90 minutes and is recommended for visitors aged 7 and above. Children under the age of 7 may undergo the experience accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Ticket booking
When booking tickets, visitors will be asked to select their preferred date and time (subject to availability) and provide particulars including name, e-mail contact, and preferred language, to personalise their experience. Visitors will be invited to upload a photo to create their avatar, or select one from a curated library. Upon confirmation, visitors will receive a confirmation email with their e-tickets. All data will be collected with consent.
Admission to the ticketed experience at Orchard Library is free, but visitors must book a timeslot in advance here.

Upon arrival, you will receive a geo-enabled multimedia guide and be greeted by shelves of mysterious books, with covers illustrated by artists with disabilities from Shaping Hearts.
SG60 Heart&Soul Experience Boarding
Your journey then begins in a futuristic phone booth inspired by familiar telephone booths. Inside, you will have a conversation with a digital librarian about what your interests are and in one of the four languages of your choice.
Wheels of Time (Level 4)

Trace the evolution of how we connect, from handwritten letters to the digital age. Walk through pivotal moments in our history, listen to the oral history of those who lived through it and discover how technology and human connection have shaped our shared story of progress and unity.
Windows in the Sky (Level 4)
Immerse in a vision of tomorrow’s Singapore, where your story unfolds alongside others’. Through interactive visuals enhanced with generative AI, explore a day in our future city, where imagination meets possibility.
Library Superstore (Level 3)
Enter a playful “retail” emporium where ideas from the future come alive. Browse and interact with real and conceptual products that showcase tomorrow’s possibilities.
Call Me in the Future: Send a voice message to your future self and share your hopes for the Singapore of tomorrow.
Curiocity (Level 3)
Curiocity presents Singapore’s transformation, from past, present to future, focusing on themes of transport, sustainability, urban evolution and uplifting our way of living.
World 60 (Level 3)
Inspired by the iconic Holland Village Thambi Magazine Store and with the support of SPH Media as part of The Straits Times’ 180th Anniversary Celebration, this installation features 61 newspaper front pages, spotlighting key global and local events that shaped the world since 1965.
Home is a Feeling (Level 3)
End your journey with a personal memento: digital bookmarks that unlock works by one of six Cultural Medallion writers and your very own trailer of your future as experienced at Windows in the Sky.

Becoming Singaporean
A visual tribute to SG60 tracing Singapore’s journey through time. Walk alongside historical figures in colourised archival videos from the National Archives of Singapore from 1900s to 2025.
1-800- Future
Step into an orange phone booth inspired by the historic telephone booths and dial into the future. Hear how sustainability, aging, inclusivity, learning and living will be like in tomorrow’s Singapore.
Time Traveller
A generative AI powered photobooth that takes you to reimagined moments in Singapore’s history. Take home personalised photo postcards and discover real-world tools and resources for using AI safely and responsibly.
Windows of Time Photobooth (Tote Board/ SG Pools)
Pledge your heart and soul to our future. Your photo will become part of our shared journey into tomorrow. For every photo taken, Tote Board and Singapore Pools will pledge $1 (capped at $500,000) to support charities dedicated to championing mental wellness, as part of the Community With A Heart initiative.
Funds raised will support four charities focused on mental wellness:
- Children’s Aid Society
- Club HEAL
- Mindfull Community Limited (formerly known as Caregivers Alliance Limited)
- Singapore Association for Mental Health
