British Council’s First Learning Time with Shaun and Timmy Centre
Worldwide hit animated character Timmy of Timmy Time has officially arrived in our sunny island. Timmy celebrated his birthday with a few invited guests, together with the grand opening of the British Council’s first Learning Time with Shaun and Timmy centre on 31 Jan 2015.

Located at the heart of Katong within shopping mall 112 Katong, the new centre features exciting themed classrooms and educational resources based on award-winning TV series, Timmy Time. Here, children will be transported into Timmy’s world and learn the English language through play in a safe and nurturing environment, with expert teachers specifically trained to cater to the different needs of preschoolers.

The first of its kind partnership in the world between British Council and Aardman Animations (creators of Wallace and Gromit),”Learning Time with Shaun and Timmy” course is specially catered just for preschoolers.

Shaun the Sheep made his debut in 1995 in the Oscar-winning Wallace & Gromit short film. Timmy is the littlest lamb in the Shaun’s flock and the star of Timmy Time, the multi-award winning pre-school TV show that debuted on CBeebies in April 2009 and now broadcast in over 150 territories worldwide.
