The Festival of Biodiversity is an annual event which aims to create awareness and foster a sense of appreciation for our natural heritage.
Initiated in 2012, the Festival of Biodiversity is organised by the National Parks Board in collaboration with the Biodiversity Roundtable. The Biodiversity Roundtable is an initiative which includes Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) involved in local biodiversity issues, and NParks.
The biggest biodiversity festival in Singapore is back! The 2026 Festival of Biodiversity (FoB) will take place at the National Library on 6 & 7 June 2026, with an even more exciting and informative experience.
Building on the success of 2025’s FoB NParks, together with other biodiversity-related interest groups and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs), is committed to making this year’s festival bigger and better. Expect more community involvement, engaging activities for all ages, and new collaborations with the National Library Board to curate special collections on nature and biodiversity.

This event celebrates Singapore’s natural heritage and in doing so, we hope to bring about greater awareness of the biodiversity that Singapore has. Visitors can look forward to a range of activities for all ages at this year’s Festival.
