CaringSG is excited to announce the launch of The Healing Journal: A Caregiver’s Path to Self-Care at its CAREforward event on 1 December 2024, Sunday, from 10am to 4pm at Punggol Regional Library. CAREforward is organised in conjunction with the Enabling Lives Festival.
About the Healing Journal: A Caregiver’s Path to Self-Care
The Healing Journal: A Caregiver’s Path to Self-Care is a heartfelt guide created by caregivers for caregivers. This 200-page journal provides essential guidance, encouragement, and practical toolkits to help caregivers navigate their daily challenges, find balance, and heal emotionally, mentally and physically.
Inside this journal, you’ll find:
- Healing prompts, mindfulness exercises, and reflective activities that address the unique challenges of caregiving.
- Expert strategies from experienced caregivers that empower you to prioritise your own needs while supporting your loved ones.
- Beautifully designed pages and visual aids that foster creativity and enhance your self-care journey.
CAREforward Campaign – A Journey of Healing and Giving
CAREforward is a CaringSG campaign dedicated to spreading care and hope to caregivers, particularly those who support loved ones with special needs. Every dollar raised goes towards providing caregiver programmes, support resources, and ongoing initiatives that promote well-being for caregivers.
- With every $50 donation towards our CAREforward campaign at here, you can also receive a complimentary copy of The Healing Journal.
- In addition, this campaign encourages caregivers and donors to not only invest in their own healing but also to “care-it-forward” by donating $100 to receive two copies of the Healing Journal—one for themselves and one for a fellow caregiver.
- Donations at or above $100 get 250% tax deduction.
Bonus: For every $50 donation made at the CaringSG booth at the CAREforward Event on 1 December 2024, donors can also receive a complimentary CAREcottage item handmade by special needs caregivers, whilst stocks last.
