Pineapple fried rice

Ingredients for Pineapple Fried Rice

  • 400g Steamed Fragrance 43°N Japonica Rice
  • 80g Diced Pineapples
  • 40g Golden Brown Raisins
  • 4 Fresh Eggs
  • 4g Thai Curry Powder
  • 4g Tumeric Powder
  • 4g White Pepper Powder
  • 20g Thai Fish Sauce
  • 80g Fine Sugar
  • 40ml Cooking Oil
  • 40g Butter
  • 20g Freshly Chopped Garlic

Serves: 4


  1. Heat oil and butter in a pan, add chopped garlic and fry till fragrant. Stir in eggs till half-cooked then add diced pineapples. Toss in curry and tumeric powder and add rice last. Stir fry till ingredients are well mixed and rice is warm.
  2. Remove from the heat and dish onto serving plates.

Remark: Chicken slices or prawns may be added.
