A month long line-up of programmes to connect, celebrate, and uplift communities

This May, One Punggol presents a curated line-up of programmes designed to bring residents together through shared experiences that celebrate community, wellbeing and purpose. From sporting events to family-centric celebrations and meaningful causes, the month’s activities reflect One Punggol’s role as a vibrant, resident-centric hub for connection and engagement.
Kicking off the month, One Punggol will host the SSC Slalom Cup 2026 on Friday, 1 May 2026. The competition will see skaters of varying skill levels come together in SSC’s first skating event of the year, offering both participants and spectators an opportunity to engage with the growing local skating community.

In celebration of Mother’s Day, Mum’s Day Out will be held on Sunday, 10 May 2026, from 8.00am to 1.00pm. Priced at $5 per ticket, the event features a thoughtfully designed programme that blends wellness, creativity and family bonding.

📍 One Punggol, Level 1, Celebration Square and The Plaza
Participants can begin the day with a 5km walk around One Punggol, followed by a relaxing Yin Yoga session. Creative activities such as a Mini Cheese Board Decoupage workshop and a Mother’s Day Art Exhibition will also be available. Families can enjoy a range of ongoing activities, including performances, balloon giveaways and a photobooth station. A highlight of the event is the Mother and Child Lookalike Contest, where participants stand a chance to win attractive prizes.
The event will be graced by Senior Minister of State, Dr Janil Puthucheary, and Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Gan Kim Yong.
Closing the month on a meaningful note, Hair for Hope 2026 will take place on Sunday, 24 May 2026, from 2.00pm to 5.00pm at the Level 1 Celebration Square. The initiative invites participants to shave their heads in solidarity with children battling cancer, raising awareness and support for them and their families. The event will also be attended by Senior Minister of State, Dr Janil Puthucheary, and Deputy Prime Minister, Mr Gan Kim Yong.
