Yoga for the Community by So Yoga

Enabling Village Yoga

Yoga is incredibly beneficial to kids and teenagers as it helps them to increase physical strength and flexibility, encourage them to clear their mind and focus on the effort. What’s more, yoga can stimulate development in kids and teens and grow their confidence!

During the yoga sessions at Enabling Village, children and their caregivers will be invited to relax, breathe, move and feel better. They will learn adapted breathing techniques, stretch, balance and relax.

General public: S$30/ child-adult pair

Note: The 10:30am sessions are open to children with or without disability from 7 to 12 years old, with accompanying adult. 12:00pm classes are open to teenagers from 13 to 18 years old, with accompanying adult.
