Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit Lychee Sparkler
Ingredients
- 1 Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 3 oz vodka
- 2 oz lychee syrup*
- 4 oz ginger ale
* Look for canned lychees packed in lychee syrup in the Asian section of your grocery store
Directions
- Muddle Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit, vodka, lychee syrup and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients, add ginger ale and strain into two ice-filled Collins glasses
- Garnish with Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit and lychee if desired
- For mocktail, substitute 3 ounces extra ginger ale for alcohol

- 2 Zespri® Gold Kiwifruit, washed, unpeeled and chopped
- 1 cup vanilla soy milk, fortified
- 1 cup orange juice, calcium fortified
- 1 Banana, sliced
- ½ cup ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy protein powder
- 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth. Serve immediately

Ingredients
- 3 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, peeled and finely diced
- ½ cup white chocolate morsels
- 6 ice cream cones, cake style
- ½ cup strawberries, finely diced
- ½ cup bananas, sliced and diced
Directions
- Microwave chocolate in small microwave-safe bowl for one minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until just melted. Stir until smooth
- Dip rim of each ice cream cone into melted chocolate. Spread interior of ice cream cones with remaining melted chocolate. Set in cool area for at 10 minutes, until firm
- Mix Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, strawberries and bananas in medium bowl. Mound fruit mixture into ice cream cones. Serve immediately
Note: ice cream cones may be made in advance
