WOK°15 Kitchen celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, marking a decade of Cantonese dining on the waterfront at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.
Overlooking the yachts of Sentosa Cove, WOK°15 Kitchen has become a dining destination for Members and guests, bringing families, friends and colleagues together over Cantonese favourites, fresh seafood, handmade dim sum and dishes designed for sharing.
To celebrate its first decade, the restaurant is giving guests even more reason to visit with 10% for 10, offering 10% off all à la carte dining throughout September and October 2026. The anniversary celebrations also include new additions to the à la carte menu and a new Little Dumpling Makers Workshop for younger diners at its popular Weekend Cantonese Dim Sum & Brunch Buffet.
Whether gathering for a family weekend lunch, entertaining over a corporate meal or settling in for dinner by the marina, the anniversary is an invitation to rediscover WOK°15 Kitchen as it enters its next decade.
TEN YEARS BY THE WATERFRONT

Since opening at ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove ten years ago, WOK°15 Kitchen has built its identity around Cantonese cooking, fresh seafood and the wok, combining traditional techniques with contemporary touches.
Its waterfront location has been central to the experience. Set within the marina and overlooking its yachtlined berths, the restaurant offers a relaxed setting for everything from family celebrations and weekend gatherings to business lunches and private dining.
The menu continues to balance the signatures regulars return for with new creations, with seafood remaining firmly at its heart.
New dishes include Passion Fruit-glazed Baked King Prawns, served whole with shrimp mousse and house-made passion fruit sauce, and Deep-fried Scallop with Shrimp Mousse and Pepper Salt, which draws on the traditional Cantonese Bai Hua stuffing technique.

They join longstanding signatures including Classic-style Soon Hock in Slow-simmered Silken Broth, with the fish served in a naturally milky broth simmered for six to seven hours and finished with Hua Diao and Jiujiang rice wines.
Other favourites include Deep-fried Beancurd Cubes with Japanese Seven-Spiced Pepper and Chilled Poached Chicken with Szechuan Chilli, while the new Wok-fried Wagyu Beef Cubes with Garlic Chips in Foie Gras Sauce brings a contemporary addition to the meat selection.
Together, the menu reflects WOK°15 Kitchen at ten: rooted in Cantonese flavours and techniques while continuing to evolve with new ingredients and ideas.
LITTLE DUMPLING MAKERS JOIN WEEKEND YUM CHA

Families are at the heart of WOK°15 Kitchen’s anniversary celebrations with the launch of the new Little Dumpling Makers Workshop, joining its popular Weekend Cantonese Dim Sum & Brunch Buffet.
Taking place at 11am on the last Sunday of September, October and November, the hands-on workshop invites younger diners to roll up their sleeves and learn to make their own dumplings. Complimentary for families joining the Weekend Cantonese Dim Sum & Brunch Buffet, it adds a new interactive element to the weekend yum cha experience.
The workshop builds on the tradition of yum cha as an occasion for generations to gather around the table, giving children a chance to get involved while families enjoy the restaurant’s Cantonese brunch spread overlooking the marina.

At the heart of the buffet are ten handmade steamed dim sum selections and seven baked and fried varieties, including Steamed Pork Siew Mai, Charcoal Custard Lava Buns, Mini Egg Tarts, Lychee Shrimp Balls and Pan Fried Crispy Vermicelli Cakes.
The spread also includes seafood dishes such as Hong Kong-style Deep-fried Sea Bass and Sautéed Prawn Balls in Spicy Cream Sauce, alongside appetisers and Cantonese barbecue including Roasted Honey Barbecued Pork Tenderloin.
Every four paying adults also receive a complimentary half Peking Duck served two ways, first with homemade crêpes and traditional garnishes, followed by wok fried minced duck served in crisp lettuce wraps.
“Over the past ten years, WOK°15 Kitchen has become much more than a restaurant for many of our Members and guests. It is somewhere families come together, friends celebrate and colleagues meet, all against the unique waterfront setting of ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove,” says Nick McLaughlin, General Manager, ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove.
“As we celebrate this milestone, we want to give people new reasons to come back while holding onto what they have always loved about WOK°15. From our 10% anniversary offer to new dishes and the Little Dumpling Makers Workshop, it is about celebrating the community that has grown around the restaurant and welcoming the next generation to the table.”
As WOK°15 Kitchen enters its second decade, it continues to build on what has defined it since opening: Cantonese cooking, fresh seafood, generous dishes made for sharing and a waterfront setting made for gathering.
