Family travel has never been more front and centre for hospitality brands, and Millennium Hotels and Resorts (MHR) is leaning firmly into that shift.

On 1 August 2026, MHR launched MyMillennium Kids, a new family-focused loyalty initiative designed to turn every family stay into an adventure – and we got a first-hand look at what it’s all about during an exclusive preview trip to M Social Hotel Phuket.

What Is MyMillennium Kids?
MyMillennium Kids is MHR’s first-ever kids’ programme under its MyMillennium loyalty scheme, offering delightful rewards for children aged 5 to 10 staying with MyMillennium members for a minimum of two consecutive nights.

It launches in phases, starting with six properties across Asia Pacific – Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore, Orchard Hotel Singapore, M Hotel Singapore City Centre, M Social Resort Penang, M Social Hotel Phuket, and M Social Hotel Suzhou – before expanding to Europe and the United States in 2027, including properties in London, Paris, New York, and Los Angeles.

At the heart of the programme is the Adventure Passport, an interactive collectible booklet given to every child. As young guests explore MHR properties, they collect exclusive brand-themed stickers, complete side missions, and unlock milestone rewards – from a complimentary kids’ dessert at 3 stickers, to a plush toy of Muriel the Cow (the programme’s friendly mascot) at 6 stickers, a complimentary room upgrade on the next stay at 9 stickers, and “Junior World Explorer” certificates plus giveaway entry at 12 stickers.

Beyond the passport, thoughtful touches await families throughout their stay: a welcome letter from Muriel the Cow left on the pillow, property-specific souvenirs and snack boxes, and a blank “Do Not Disturb – Junior Explorer Inside” sign that kids can decorate themselves.
A Preview at M Social Hotel Phuket

Ahead of the official launch, our family joined MHR’s 3D2N FAM trip to M Social Hotel Phuket, the brand’s first lifestyle hotel concept in Thailand, tucked in the heart of Patong just a 10-minute walk from Patong Beach and Night Market. Staying in a Stylish Pool View Twin Room, complete with a private balcony overlooking the pool, we were treated to a packed itinerary of family-friendly experiences. From towel decorating, cooking traditional Thai dishes, to a family-inclusive Muay Thai class and a lively Master Chef Competition hosted by the hotel’s Executive Chef.

While not every activity forms part of the standard MyMillennium Kids offering – some, like the Muay Thai class and Master Chef Competition, were curated specially for the FAM trip — they gave us a genuine feel for how seriously MHR is investing in family hospitality.

As Cinn Tan, MHR’s Chief Commercial Officer, put it: parents are increasingly seeking stays that offer both comfort and meaningful experiences for their children, and MyMillennium Kids is designed to deliver exactly that – a consistent, rewarding journey created specifically for younger travellers, while still leaving room for each hotel to add its own local flavour.
For families planning their next getaway, MyMillennium Kids adds a genuinely engaging layer to the stay – one that turns collecting stickers into anticipation for the next trip, and hotel stays into shared family memories.
