Black and white is anything but dull! Mandai Wildlife Group’s first three-park campaign, Festive Wild-erland, celebrates the black and white animals of Singapore Zoo, River Wonders and Night Safari, including the African Penguin, Giant Panda and Malayan Tapir. From 17 November 2022 to 2 January 2023, set out on a journey of play elements and Instagram-worthy installations, an AR animal trail, up-close encounters with black and white animals, and create crafts like a terrarium or festive wreath to take home.

Make learning fun at the Monochrome Maze in Singapore Zoo! Discover threats faced by wildlife from poachers and bulldozers, and exit the maze with a better understanding of how everyday actions impact wildlife. Step foot into River Wonders’ Panda-monium Playground where children and the young at heart can pretend to be just like Le Le, Singapore’s first Giant Panda cub, and engage in all elements of play in this panda-themed space. Over at Night Safari, immerse in falling snow at the Naracoorte Cave and capture insta-worthy photos or visit a new animal exhibit which debuts on 15 November and get acquainted with new residents, the Tasmanian Devils.

Check out the Black & White AR Animal Trail across the parks which features interesting photo opportunities and fun facts about the charming monochrome residents, and receive an exclusive Festive Wild-erland keychain upon completion of the trail. For up-close encounters, don’t miss the Penguin Parade and Pelican Parade at Singapore Zoo and River Wonders respectively, where keepers will share about these animals under their care.

In the 12 Days of Enrichment leading up to Christmas – from day to night – watch the animals engage in activities which keep them physically and mentally stimulated.

Enjoy dinner with a difference at our unique Evening in the Wild dining programme, which returns with a black and white edition. Come dressed in theme and celebrate Christmas or raise a toast to close an eventful 2022!
