PONGAL SPECIAL ACTIVITY BOOKLETS

Pongal is almost here, and we’ve got the perfect way to make this festive season extra special for your little ones. Celebrate the vibrant festival of Pongal, a time of celebration, gratitude, and togetherness, with our engaging and educational activity booklets. Inside these specially designed booklets, there’s a variety of fantastic activities that help kids explore basic concepts related to Pongal – from the significance of the harvest festival to the symbolic meaning of each day within the festival; from the traditional foods enjoyed during the festival to the meaningful rituals associated with the festival. It’s a fun way to foster early learning and introduce kids to the festive spirit of Pongal! Join us at the Indian Heritage Centre and pick up an activity booklet – booklets available in two versions for different age groups from 11 Jan onwards!

Join us on this trail and find out the important role agriculture plays in Pongal. Learn about the vegetables used in Indian cuisine and end the trail with a scrumptious vegetarian banana leaf rice meal $20 per pax, max group size of 15 per session.
