A month-long line-up of programmes invite residents to discover new ideas, celebrate families and build a more resilient community together.
This October, One Punggol welcomes residents to a month of programmes centred around lifelong learning, healthy living and family bonding. Bringing together educational showcases, wellness initiatives and family celebrations, the line-up reflects One Punggol’s commitment to creating opportunities for residents of all ages to connect, learn and grow together.
The month begins with the closing edition of Raikan Ilmu@Heartlands on 3 and 4 October 2026, marking the final stop of Yayasan MENDAKI’s nationwide roadshow after five months of community engagement across Singapore. Through workshops, educational showcases and family-friendly activities, Raikan Ilmu@Heartlands promotes lifelong learning and community development, with programmes centred on Confident Learners, Stronger Families, a Future-Ready Workforce and a Thriving Community. Residents of all ages can explore learning opportunities and participate in a range of interactive activities during the two-day activation.
Families can also look forward to the Punggol Coast Wild Wild West Children’s Day Celebrations on 11 October 2026, where One Punggol will be transformed into a Wild West-themed playground for children and their loved ones. The event features stage performances, bouncy castles, archery tag, craft activities and a range of interactive experiences designed to encourage play, creativity and family bonding. With a variety of activities for children of all ages, the celebration offers families an opportunity to spend quality time together while celebrating the joy and imagination of childhood during the Children’s Day weekend.
Rounding off the month, One Punggol will host the Singapore Farmers’ Market on 24 and 25 October 2026 by the Singapore Agro-Food Enterprises Federation Ltd (SAFEF), alongside the Climate Adaptation Exhibition by the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) from 24 to 28 October 2026. Together, the programmes encourage residents to explore topics related to sustainability, from supporting local farmers and learning more about Singapore’s agri-food ecosystem to discovering how communities can adapt to the impacts of climate change through interactive exhibits and educational displays.
October’s line-up reflects One Punggol’s commitment to creating opportunities for residents to learn, connect and engage with the community. From educational programmes and family celebrations to local markets and sustainability initiatives, residents of all ages can look forward to a diverse range of activities throughout the month.
