MANDAI WILDLIFE GROUP PARTNERS DESIGNERS AND BRANDS TO CREATE LIFESTYLE COLLECTIONS INSPIRED BY ITS WILDLIFE AND NATURE DESTINATION

From Singapore-designed fashion, accessories and homeware to exclusive international brand offerings, the new collaborations offer fresh perspectives on the Mandai Wildlife Reserve

Mandai Wildlife Group first ever fashion show

From fashion and accessories to homeware and gifts, Mandai Wildlife Group is working with local designers and international brands to offer a different take on the traditional park souvenir. Inspired by the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, these collaborations include capsule collections by five Singapore-based designers, in partnership with the Singapore Fashion Council. There is also a new Singapore-exclusive National Geographic Apparel range, offerings from Batik Label by KrisShop, and Mandai Brew created with Brewerkz.

The collections are part of Wildly Curated, Mandai Wildlife Group’s platform for retail and lifestyle brand collaborations and were presented at Singapore’s first runway show in The Cavern at Rainforest Wild Adventure West last evening.

Daisy Tan, Vice President of Retail & Lifestyle, Mandai Wildlife Group, said, “When people think of zoo souvenirs, soft toys often come to mind first. We wanted to build on the familiar souvenir offering by exploring a wider range of products inspired by the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Working with homegrown designers and established brands brings fresh perspectives to the range and allows us to express the destination in different ways, through fashion, accessories, homeware and more. We hope these collaborations will pique people’s interest in the Mandai Wildlife Reserve and encourage them to find out more about what it has to offer, whether they’ve visited our parks or not.”

Inspired by Nature, Designed for Everyday Living

The Oculus Rainforest Wild Adventure WEST

Following its first collaboration with the Singapore Fashion Council in 2023, Mandai Wildlife Group is working with five more Singapore-based creatives on apparel, accessories and homeware collections inspired by the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. The designers – original streetwear label EXTRA NOODLES, bespoke rattan home decor brand MOMIJI, contemporary fashion brand SABRINAGOH, accessories and gifts label Strait Lights and premium lifestyle goods designer Singlapa – each offer their own take on the destination through their designs.

As the exclusive stockist of the National Geographic Apparel range in Singapore, Mandai Wildlife Group introduces a Singapore-exclusive range from apparel and accessories to drinkware, for wherever your next exploration takes you. Featuring the coordinates of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, the collection is available at the Rainforest Wild Adventure Shops – home to Singapore’s only National Geographic Pop-Ups, launched in collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Southeast Asia in May 2026.

Other collaborations include Batik Label by KrisShop, that is inspired by Southeast Asia’s most fascinating wildlife, and Mandai Brew, a tropical rice lager created with Brewerkz, Singapore’s longest-running craft brewery. This light and crisp beer features notes of ripe mango, tropical fruit and kaffir lime, and will be available at various food & beverage outlets across the Mandai Wildlife Reserve and three Brewerkz outlets: One Fullerton, Riverside Point and East Coast Park from December this year.

National Geographic Apparel

Known for its iconic outerwear, graphic tees and more adventure-ready apparel and accessories, National Geographic Apparel is a functional lifestyle brand that combines National Geographic’s over 135 years of heritage with contemporary style to inspire the explorer in everyone. Mandai Wildlife Group is the exclusive retail partner for National Geographic Apparel in Singapore, with products available at the Rainforest Wild Adventure Shop East and Rainforest Wild Adventure West. For a limited time only, the collection will also be available at a pop-up at Tangs Orchard from 4 to 11 November 2026.

Batik Label by KrisShop

Bringing together the iconic Singapore Airlines Batik Motif and five remarkable Southeast Asian species found in the wildlife parks at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, this thoughtfully designed collection celebrates the region’s rich natural heritage. From travel accessories to lifestyle essentials, each piece reflects a shared aspiration for a future where people, wildlife and nature thrive together.

Brewerkz

Mandai Brew Brewerkz

Mandai Brew, a signature beer inspired by the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, marks the first collaboration between Mandai Wildlife Group and Brewerkz, a pioneer of Singapore’s craft beer scene. Billed as “a taste of the tropics” and built for Singapore’s heat, the brew is light and clean with hints of ripe mango, tropical fruit and kaffir lime. It will be available from December 2026 at three Brewerkz outlets: One Fullerton, Riverside Point and East Coast Park, and various food & beverage outlets at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve including Owa Bistro, where visitors can unwind in a beer garden.

Collaboration with Singapore Fashion Council

The second collaboration between Mandai Wildlife Group and Singapore Fashion Council features five Singapore-based design partners: EXTRA NOODLES, SABRINAGOH, MOMIJI, Strait Lights and Singlapa. Each designer translates elements of the destination’s wildlife and nature stories into pieces that become part of everyday things to wear, use, gift and live with. As part of an ongoing partnership with Singapore Fashion Council to promote circularity and sustainable practices in fashion, the five brands combine creativity and craftsmanship into more conscious ways of making. The collection is available online and in-store at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, as well as DORS at Design Orchard and its online store until end January 2027.

The first collaboration in November 2023 featured local brands Reckless Ericka, Pearly Lustre, Photo Phactory, junglesuit, and La Tierra.

EXTRA NOODLES

EXTRA NOODLES

EXTRA NOODLES brings a distinctly youthful and graphic energy to the collaboration, viewing the Mandai Wildlife Reserve through the language of contemporary Singapore streetwear. The brand is known for turning everyday culture and familiar references into expressive graphics, playful characters and bold apparel. That same spirit is applied to this collection, with wildlife as the subject of that visual language, reimagined in a way that feels energetic, approachable and relevant to a new generation, and produced in limited runs to avoid excess stock.

MOMIJI

MOMIJI

Known for its whimsical, handcrafted rattan pieces, MOMIJI approaches design through the lens of family, craft and longevity. For this collaboration, the brand brings a warm and imaginative interpretation of the wonders of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve into objects designed to live naturally within the family home. MOMIJI’s emphasis on traditional craftsmanship reflects the brand’s belief in creating pieces that can be used, loved and passed on over time. The pieces are handcrafted from rattan, a renewable, fast-growing natural material.

SABRINAGOH

SABRINAGOH

SABRINAGOH brings its architectural and contemporary approach to fashion to the world of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. Known for structural silhouettes, minimalist expression and thoughtful detailing, the brand takes inspiration from wildlife and nature. In this collection, these influences are expressed through contemporary pieces designed for everyday wear, with subtle yet intentional references to the natural world brought into the wardrobe through Sabrina Goh’s distinctive design language. SABRINAGOH is a certified B Corp, a mark given to companies that meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability.

Strait Lights

Strait Lights

Strait Lights has built its practice around a strong sense of place, transforming the landscapes, neighbourhoods and stories of Singapore into objects with meaning. The brand turns its storytelling lens towards wildlife with this collaboration, creating art-led pieces that allow the character and stories of wildlife to travel beyond the Mandai Wildlife Reserve. It reflects Strait Lights’ belief that meaningful objects can connect us to a place, with the Mandai Wildlife Reserve becoming another part of the Singapore story through pieces to keep and remember. Strait Lights is also a member of B1G1, a social enterprise and global business-giving platform in which companies fund community and environmental projects through their everyday operations.

Singlapa

Singlapa

Singlapa celebrates Singapore and Southeast Asia through original watercolour artwork, transforming hand-painted illustrations into functional lifestyle pieces. For this collaboration, the brand interprets recognisable features of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve through expressive brushwork, colour and illustration while maintaining a distinctively Singapore perspective. A design to note is its A-Z artwork, a representative piece that brings together elements of the Mandai Wildlife Reserve for every letter of the alphabet. These artworks are placed onto objects made from responsibly sourced materials designed to be worn, used and displayed, bringing them into everyday life.
