How to prepare Black-skinned chicken soup with Deer Antler
Confinement Recipe Ingredients
- 5g sliced deer antler
- 600g black-skinned chicken
- 20g Huai Shan
- 6g dried tangerine peel
Confinement Food Cooking Method
- Dress the chicken and rinse all the other ingredients
- Soak dried tangerine peel in water until soft then scrape off the pith
- Put all ingredients into a pot. Add water and cook for 3 hours
- Serve hot.
