As Sam was born with eczema and allergies to dairy and egg products, looking for foods for his meals and snacks that are allergen free was essential for him. If we are not careful with his food intake, Sam would have a systemic reaction (the swelling of his whole body and five senses) that may cause him to wheeze and be in a life-threatening condition.

Looking through the ingredient list umpteen times before buying the product has been more than a regular thing for me than just buying the items off the rack. Some people who don’t understand the severity of his allergy may find that I am overly anal about the ingredients in the product. But for me, it is more for his safety and well-being.

The following list of information on places to find allergen free foods and snacks for kids or adults has been gathered with her help and also based on my personal experience at the shops. I hope that this list will be of help to you as it has been for me!
