Join us for a one-of-a-kind 3-generation (3G) massage workout! The activity is suitable for the whole family, juniors and seniors alike, and free hand-held massage hammer sticks* will be given out to participants.

The 3G workout is one of the many activities available at the 1-day Sports Hub Community Play Day event, to encourage families to bond through sports and adopt active lifestyles. Visitors can also look forward to the Family Adventure Race, KPOPX Anniversary Dance Off, carnival and arcade games, social gifting bazaar by local curators, live performances, and more!

2. Beat the Heat @ Water Sports Centre & Splash-N-Surf

Rent a pedal boat, canoe, or kayak, and enjoy a fun-filled day out in the waters at the Water Sports Centre. Visitors can also have a splashing good time at the Splash-N-Surf water play area, which houses water activities such as the Stingray half-pipe surfing facility, Lazy River, and Kids Water Playground.

Get a glimpse of the traditional games and sports commonly played in Southeast Asia at the ‘Games of Yesteryear’ exhibition from now till 30 June 2018, and pass on the joy of playing these simple games to the next generation. 4. Sports Immersion @ Sports Hub Library

Sports Immersion @ Sports Hub LibraryGet inspired through the variety of activities and programmes at the Sports Hub Library, which includes storytelling sessions, family and kids yoga classes, movie screenings, and craft activities. There are also video viewing stations, giant chess and checkers, as well as XBox game stations available. Membership to the library is free for Singaporeans and Permanent Residents. 5. Groove to the Beat of Fun @ OCBC Arena

Groove to the Beat of Fun @ OCBC ArenaExpose your child to the world of music and movement through the Kids Dance Classes at the Sports Hub Gym, located at level 2 of the OCBC Arena.
