Experience the ultimate showdown as the brightest and boldest dragon dance troupes from Singapore and Malaysia ignite the stage at the Singapore/ Malaysia Luminous Dragon Dance Championships 2025 新马夜光龙锦标赛.
Prepare to be swept away by dazzling lights, electrifying choreography and breathtaking skills as 14 elite teams face off in the first-ever competition of its kind.
What’s more? In celebration of SG60, all participating teams will unite in a breathtaking formation to create the SG60 logo with their luminous dragons – led by the esteemed Master Ee Eng Guan (易荣源师傅) in his highly anticipated return to the local stage after two decades!
As he performs on the Hokkien Jing Gu (福建京鼓) and choreographs the entire SG60 formation, the special showcase comes alive as a musical dragon performance powered by traditional instruments from both nations – creating a breathtaking fusion of light, rhythm, and artistry.
The event is free and open to all, with no registration required. Don’t miss the brilliance and electrifying energy of these luminous dragon legends.
