POP MART Opens New Store at Resorts World Sentosa – POP BAKERY First in Southeast Asia

Two-storey standalone villa brings POP MART Store and POP BAKERY together for the first time in the region, with Singapore-exclusive merchandise, desserts and POP MART Friends appearances by Twinkle Twinkle

POP MART, the global pop culture and entertainment company behind some of the world’s most beloved character IPs, today announced the opening of its new store at Resorts World Sentosa. Housed in a two-storey standalone villa, the destination brings together the POP MART Store on Level 1 and POP BAKERY on Level 2, marking POP BAKERY’s Southeast Asia debut and bringing POP MART’s standalone dessert concept to Singapore for the first time.

The opening was marked this morning with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by Mr Justin Moon, Chief Growth Officer of POP MART; Ms Nok Siriporn, Regional Head, SEA of POP MART; Ms Lee Shi Ruh, Chief Executive Officer of Resorts World Sentosa; and Mr Si Chen, Chief Operating Officer of Resorts World Sentosa, together with key members of the management team from both sides.

“This new store at Resorts World Sentosa brings our characters to life in a space where fans can shop, discover and immerse themselves in the POP MART universe. Housed within its standalone villa, with POP BAKERY making its Southeast Asia debut on Level 2, we’re extending that experience beyond just retail. Twinkle Twinkle, our POP MART Friend will also make its first overseas residency right here at this store, bring joy and fun to all our fans,” said Mr Justin Moon, Chief Growth Officer at POP MART.

Ms Lee Shi Ruh, Chief Executive Officer of Resorts World Sentosa, shared: “Resorts World Sentosa is proud to be the home of POP MART’s newest store and Southeast Asia’s first POP BAKERY. As the first concept of its kind in the region, it brings together exclusive collectibles, themed dining experiences and character interactions under one roof, adding a fresh new dimension to our destination. We’re especially proud that our culinary team worked closely with POP MART to bring the POP BAKERY experience to life, creating an offering that can only be found at RWS. This collaboration further enriches our mix of attractions, dining retail and entertainment offerings, and gives visitors another unique way to experience the resort.”

A series of activities will take place over the following days to celebrate the opening.

Fan Sign Events with POP MART Artists

The opening of this iconic store also welcomes POP MART renowned artists, Agee and Yep, the creators behind HACIPUPU, and Hanna, the artist behind CHAKA, to celebrate the joyful occasions. Eligible fans will be able to have their favourite collectibles signed on 30 Jul (HACIPUPU) and 31 Jul (CHAKA) by their favourite artists.

First Launch: Store-Exclusive Merchandise

Celebrating the occasion, POP MART will launch the GO AROUND WITH POP MART Series first at POP MART Resorts World Sentosa Singapore, with a range of Singapore-exclusive merchandise:

Knowing POP MART Friend, Twinkle Twinkle

Designed by Chinese artist, Daxin, Twinkle Twinkle are a group of tiny stars with rosy cheeks and tell the stories of courage, longing and love. One of the highly-sought after IPs, Twinkle Twinkle is set to make Singapore its very first overseas residency at Resorts World Sentosa. Fans can look forward to up-close and personal interactions with this beloved character that has charmed many with its positive energy and quirks.

POP BAKERY is open daily, from 11:00am to 9:30pm, Monday to Thursday and from 10:00am to 9:30pm on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays. Reservations are required for dine-in for the comfort of all diners and visitors.

Twinkle Twinkle meet-and-greet will take place from Thursday to Monday, three times each day at 2.00pm – 3.00pm, 4.00pm – 5.00pm and 6.00pm – 7.00pm.
