The educational children’s programme Numberblocks – A Family Musical, created by the UK’s BBC, has now been re-imagined as a vibrant family musical, and Singapore audiences will be able to experience it live for the first time at Sands Theatre, Marina Bay Sands, on 7 and 8 February 2026.

Based on the globally popular animated series broadcast via BBC’s CBeebies and streamed internationally on Netflix, Numberblocks personifies numbers through colourful, playful characters. With its vivid visual storytelling, catchy songs, and fun narratives, the series helps children grasp fundamental mathematics concepts naturally and enjoyably. Its official YouTube channel has amassed over 10 million subscribers, with total views approaching 10 billion, underscoring the worldwide acclaim and enduring appeal of the franchise.
Available in Singapore through Netflix and other on-demand platforms, Numberblocks is a globally popular series that combines playful storytelling with early numeracy learning. Singapore audiences, who enjoy a thriving family theatre scene, are well-positioned to appreciate this unique blend of education and entertainment. The stage adaptation, produced by BRUSH Theatre in collaboration with education-content company Daekyo, Alphablocks Ltd., Blue Zoo Animation Studio and Korean representative agency Penguin Random House Korea, brings the characters from the animated series to life in an immersive, interactive performance.
