Navy@Vivo 2023: A Maritime Spectacle Returns To VivoCity!

Navy@Vivo makes its return! After a four-year hiatus, Navy@Vivo 2023 (NV23) is back at VivoCity from November 17 to November 19, 2023! NV23 is open to the public and admission is free, running from 9am to 9pm.

Get ready for an engaging shore exhibition that highlights the sea’s significance to Singapore and the Navy’s role as the Maritime Force for our Maritime Nation.

Anticipate thrilling activities, including the opportunity to visit one of the Navy’s largest ships, RSS Endeavour, and take rides on our Fast Craft Utility (FCU) along Singapore’s southern coastline.

Enjoy live performances by the Naval Diving Unit (NDU), the SAF Music and Drama Company (MDC), and the SAF Central Band at VivoCity Amphitheatre. For the younger crowd, there’s an exciting storytelling session by our Navy personnel at library@harbourfront.

Highlights of Navy@Vivo 2023

Shore Exhibition

Dive into an experiential exhibition at Central Court, VivoCity! Through the exhibition, visitors can learn more about the importance of the sea to Singapore and how the Singapore Navy protects our maritime nation. Treat yourself to a sensorial maritime experience at the immersive theatre and learn how the Navy conducts multi-dimensional warfare against surface, air and sub-surface threats!

For the first time, visitors can visit a new submarine exhibit to experience how underwater operations are conducted, and also have a hands-on experience at virtual simulators similar to the ones used by the Navy for training.

RSS Endeavour Ship Visit

Step on board our Endurance-class Landing Ship Tank (LST), RSS Endeavour! See first-hand what it takes to operate one of the Navy’s largest ships and learn more about the roles and capabilities of the LSTs, as well as the various operations and exercises that they have participated in.

If you think the RSN is all about ships, think again! Catch our S-70B Seahawk Naval Helicopter on the flight deck of the LST and learn how it supports various operations at sea.

Fast Craft Utility Ride

Join us for an exhilarating ride on board our Fast Craft Utility (FCUs)! Expect stunning views of the Singapore skyline while learning about our maritime heritage through stories of Tanjong Berlayer and Long Ya Men (Dragon Tooth’s Gate), see the oil refineries on Bukom Island, and our Keppel and Brani container terminals through which much of our daily necessities pass through.

Move to the beat with performances by the SAF Music and Drama Company as they keep you entertained with familiar tunes before our elite divers demonstrate their prowess, strength and endurance in a gruelling boat physical training session.

A Night Under the Stars with the SAF Central Band

Join the SAF Central Band for a night under the stars, accompanied by familiar tunes from Pirates of the Caribbean, The Little Mermaid and the Singapore Navy’s very own Navy Song, Onwards and Upwards.
