The 4.8-hectare park, which is located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 5 opposite the Bukit Batok Driving Centre, was originally scheduled to be opened in early 2020.

Visitors will be able to enjoy its greenery and recreational facilities that will include a hill trek and a nature playgarden, NParks said, adding that residents’ feedback on the features was gathered during the planning process.

At the new Bukit Gombak Park, you can get up close to nature by scaling the hill trek of 108 steps to enjoy panoramic greenery views, and spot over 20 species of butterflies at the butterfly garden.

Kids can enjoy the new nature-inspired play area, while pet owners can bring their dogs to run unleashed at the dog run.

At the Allotment Garden, avid gardeners and their families will tend to the 120 allotment gardening plots earlier allocated.
