Changi Airport has launched a new vibrant and playful attraction called the Fit&Fun Zone, which seamlessly blends fitness and entertainment into an innovative wellness space for travellers.

A first of its kind in an airport, Changi’s new Fit&Fun Zone is designed to combat travel lethargy and provide a quick energy boost for travellers of all ages. Whether travellers are looking to stretch, move, have fun, or even those seeking to capture picture-worthy moments, the Fit&Fun Zone offers an invigorating experience before their next flight. This unique attraction, located at Terminal 2 (Transit) Level 3, just above Dreamscape, is open to all travellers to enjoy.

Five Coloured Zones

Spanning over 400 square metres, the attraction features five coloured zones. In each zone, travellers can participate in various activities to connect with their bodies, rejuvenate, and take a break from the rigors of travel.

Green Zone

Amid the serene green setting, travellers can unwind and relax on six pendulum chairs overlooking the soothing ambiance of Dreamscape¹. The tranquil zone offers a perfect respite for those seeking peace from the bustling airport environment.

Orange Zone

Travellers can release pent-up energy with the Spar Pods. The elevated soft punching bags hinged by thin ropes, can be struck without the need for boxing gloves. In addition, the three-dimensional petals structures on the walls can also be jabbed, providing a fun and safe way to destress before their next flight.

Pink Zone

Travellers seeking a strength workout can use the four pull down levers connected to weights ranging from two to eight kilograms. Each lever is linked to a light ball that changes colour when pulled, adding a dynamic visual element to the exercise.

Yellow Zone

The Yellow Zone features five trampoline pods, each ranging between three to three-and-a-half meters in height and equipped with sensors that play music when travellers step inside. Energetic travellers are welcomed to bounce, dance, and move to the catchy tunes, adding to the lively and joyful atmosphere.

Blue Zone

For travellers looking for a touch of adventure, the Blue Zone offers a nature inspired, organically shaped cave with a rope maze. Travellers can try to navigate their way through the maze without touching the ropes for a fun and engaging experience. This activity is designed to spark curiosity and encourage exploration, scratching the itch for inquisitive minds.

The Fit&Fun Zone is the latest attraction introduced in Terminal 2 for travellers following the completion of the terminal’s expansion project in November 2023. The attraction is accessible to all travellers and is open throughout the day.

¹Dreamscape mesmerises travellers with its enchanting array of plants and sounds of nature amid a meticulously landscaped backdrop, brought alive by a ‘digital sky’ which changes its hues depending on the time of day.
