Yamie Pumpkin Rice with vegetables2 – 3 Servings

1 box Yamie Pumpkin Rice
1 tbsp Cooking oil
½ tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
50g Chicken (cut into strips)
1 ½ cups Long beans (diced)
½ cup Carrots (diced)
A pinch Salt
1 Chilli (sliced)
3 leaves Parsley

Cooking Method:

  1. Cook 1 box of Yamie Pumpkin Rice (follow cooking instructions on box).
  2. Heat up the cooking oil and fry garlic till light brown.
  3. Stir fry chicken strips, long beans and carrots. Add salt to taste.
  4. Garnish with chilli and serve hot with cooked Yamie Pumpkin Rice with parsley.
