Yamie Chicken Rice with Fresh Prawns2-3 servings

1 box Yamie Chicken Rice
1 egg Beaten egg
1 cube Vegetable Cube

½ tbsp Light Soya Sauce
1/8 tsp White Pepper Powder
50 g Prawn meat (cooked)
2 strips Spring onion
1 tsp Parsley (finely chopped)
6-8 slices Cucumber
3 Baby tomatoes

Cooking Method:

  1. Cook 1 box of Yamie Chicken Rice (follow cooking instructions on box).
  2. Preheat oil in wok, add in beaten egg and fry until half cooked. Add Yamie Chicken Rice and stir-fry.
  3. Add vegetable cube and seasoning, fry over high heat.
  4. Add cooked prawn meat.
  5. Garnish with spring onion and parsley. Serve hot with cucumber slices and baby tomatoes.
