This June holidays, join us for an afternoon of educational and fun-filled activities to learn more about good nutrition and mental wellness tips for both mummy and child (2 to 6 years old only). Ms Chua Kay Tse, Blackmores’ in-house Naturopath, will be sharing more on the importance and ways of keeping a balanced diet and Ms Helen Clare Rozario, mindfulness coach and new-mum, will be going through a series of mindful tools and activities to help participants understand and cope better with the stressors of parenting life. We’re confident that you’ll leave this event feeling good both on the inside, as well as on the outside!
Dates: 23 June or 30 June – Two separate sessions with 10 mother & child slots each (First come, first serve basis)
