Adventures in Nusantara

Adventures in Nusantara

Explore Malay Heritage Centre’s new Children’s Space specially designed for young children aged 3 to 6 years. Located within the Permanent Gallery, the Children’s Space is a collaboration between the Malay Heritage Centre and The Artground – A Curious Place To Be.

Often times, parents struggle to make history and exhibitions palatable and relatable for their children. Adventures in Nusantara seeks to address that – it invites children to roleplay as three young characters, Hang Nadim, Ali Wallace and Wah Hakim, and introduces engaging multi-sensory activities and elements to the space.

Date: Ongoing now until 21 June 2020
Time: 10am – 6pm (last admission at 5.30pm, and closed on Mondays)
