National Stamp Collecting Competition aims to promote the study of postage stamps and philatelic materials to learn about Singapore and the world. Students are to work in groups of 4 and submit philatelic exhibits using stamp products and narratives based on a theme of their choice (eg, nature, transportation, sports, culture etc).

Workshops are available for booking and will be held at the school premise. Students will gain knowledge on how to present their exhibits for the National Stamp Collecting Competition. Besides presenting the exhibits in the English language, the exhibits can also be presented in the Mother Tongue languages; Chinese, Malay and Tamil.

Competition is opened to students from Primary 4 – Primary 6 (10 – 12 year olds) & students from Secondary 1 – Secondary 4 (13 – 16 year olds).

Draw My Stamp Story Art Competition

Individual participation. Students participating in the Draw My Stamp Story Art Competition get to appreciate the designs on postage stamps and create a drawing to tell the story behind the stamp.

Competition is opened to students from Primary 4 – Primary 6 (10 – 12 year olds) & students from Secondary 1 -Secondary 4 (13 – 16 year olds).
