Ingredients:
1 box Yamie Pumpkin Rice
1 tbsp Cooking oil
½ tbsp Garlic (finely chopped)
50g Chicken (cut into strips)
1 ½ cups Long beans (diced)
½ cup Carrots (diced)
A pinch Salt
1 Chilli (sliced)
3 leaves Parsley
Cooking Method:
- Cook 1 box of Yamie Pumpkin Rice (follow cooking instructions on box).
- Heat up the cooking oil and fry garlic till light brown.
- Stir fry chicken strips, long beans and carrots. Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with chilli and serve hot with cooked Yamie Pumpkin Rice with parsley.
