“Unveiling Treasures of The East” Chinese Culture & Drama Camp (2nd to 4th June)
It’s the time for some great fun after a busy semester!
This June, we are travelling on a 3-day journey to discover the treasures of ancient China, where we learn some its most intriguing practices and cultures through music, art and performance in Mandarin.
Day 1 immerses scholars in the rich cultures of ancient China through the learning of history and interesting relics of ancient China, coupled with hands-on experience on a popular instrument (Guzheng) during the era.
Thereafter, an exciting trip to a teahouse is lined up on Day 2 and our little scholars will be hosted to an exclusive private session of tea appreciation with hands-on experience on how to make tea. Following that, our scholars continue to express their creative streak with an art-piece and creative writing activity.
Finally, the camp wraps up with an intriguing day, exploring famous stories of ancient China through drama.
