Yamie Rice Nasi Briyani with Grilled Fish2-3 servings

Ingredients A:
1 box Yamie Nasi Briyani
1 Tomato (sliced)
3 leaves of Parsley

Ingredients B:
600g Fish fillet (wash and cleaned)
1 ½ tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Fish sauce
½ tbsp Black pepper powder

Ingredients C:
2 Chopped garlic
1 pc Chopped lemongrass
3 Chopped red chilli
5 Chopped shallot
1 tsp Coriander powder
3 tbsp Cooking oil

Ingredients D:
4 tbsp Lime juice
½ tbsp Brown sugar
½ tbsp Fish sauce
2 tbsp Sweet sauce

Cooking Method:

  1. Marinate the fish fillet with lime juice, fish sauce and black pepper powder.
  2. Mix ingredients C, pour on top of the fish and transfer into the tray. Cover with aluminium foil and bake in oven at 200 degrees C for around 20 mins.
  3. Remove aluminium foil and bake for another 5-10 mins.
  4. Mix ingredients D well and add on top of the fish. Serve hot with Yamie Nasi Briyani (topped with parsley) and sliced tomatoes.
