    Solid food for babies

    When is the right time to introduce solid to babies? I heard about adding cereal into their milk. Any recommendation on that?

    I introduce frisocream when he was about 6 month old. It is not recommended to introduce solid or semi solid food earlier than that. Do check with your PD =)

    Yes. I have checked with PD before, should not give solid food before 6 months. Something about not being ready and may lead to choking…
