4) Items are made of 600D Polyethene Material + reinforced clear PVC windows. Material is strong and durable.

5) There is strictly no refunds/ amendments once orders are made with payment. In the event of non stock availability, you will be given the choice to change to an alternative design or given a refund.
6) All listed items prices are in S$ and nett unless otherwise stated (e.g. promotion, etc).
7) All measurements of the items have been clearly labelled and stated in the pictures. Any further enquiries can be made at enquiries@kidshaven.sg. Measurements are specified in Length x Breadth x Height.
8) Please kindly check your items and report any issues with it within 14 days you receive your products. Any issues not raised within 14 days will not be entertained after this
time frame.
9) I seek your understanding that new zips might be a little stiff and may not be smooth in zipping initially. You may use wax to loosen it or try zipping and unzipping a few times and it will be fine. Such cases are not faulty zips
